Where is Anchorage Yacht Basin located?
We are located at 96 East Eau Gallie Causeway, Melbourne, FL 32937, with convenient access to the Indian River, Banana River, and Intracoastal Waterway.

 

What are your main business hours?
The Marina is generally available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. 

 

What types of boat services do you offer?
We offer a full range of services, including haul-out, blocking, launching, outboard service, boat maintenance, repairs, and bottom jobs.

 

Do you have a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) boat yard?
Yes, we have a DIY yard that allows owners to perform their own maintenance. We offer professional Haul, Block & Launch services for vessels up to approximately 60 feet in length and 14 feet wide (using our 77,000 lbs. Travelift).

 

What are the requirements for the DIY yard?
Requirements typically include: providing proof of boat ownership and liability insurance; boat quality must be approved by us; and the boat must be made from fiberglass.

 

Are outside contractors allowed in the DIY yard?
Outside contractors are generally allowed but must be licensed, insured, and registered with the Ship Store. A daily fee may apply when contractors are on-site.

 

Are there restrictions on materials used in the DIY yard?
Yes. For environmental protection, certain services like sand-blasting, acid-washing, spray-painting, and pressure-washing are restricted. You must purchase all applied bottom paints, primers, and zincs from the Anchorage Yacht Basin Ship Store.

 

Do you sell new and used boats?
Yes, we are an authorized dealer for brands like Tidewater Boats, Parker, Bonita Boats, and Viaggio Pontoons. We also carry a rotating inventory of pre-owned boats.

 

Do you offer boat financing?
Yes, we have a financing department to assist with loan applications and financing options.

 

Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes, we accept trade-ins. You can contact our sales team to get your boat valued.

 

Do you offer daily boat rentals?
No, the venue no longer offers daily boat rentals. However, you can inquire about longer-term options through the Carefree Boat Club partnership.
